1. Eligibility for Exchange

Products can only be exchanged if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective

The product must be:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

2. Exchange Time Frame

Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened lubricant containers

  • Used products

  • Change of mind
